Our Volunteer Commitment
We’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible. As a fully volunteer-run team, we may not be able to reply immediately or take on every request, but your interest means a lot and we truly value your patience.
Our Collaborative Review Process
We will review your request and contact you or your caregiver to fully understand your needs. Our evaluation team will assess the suitability of a commercial solution, potential risks, availability of volunteers nearby, and whether the request fits our mission and capabilities.
